Sharee
Sharee is a Registered Midwife with over 8 years of experience. She has worked in metropolitan and regional hospitals within the South Australian public system, as well as private hospitals. Over her career, Sharee has worked across the full scope of midwifery care, including antenatal, labour and birth, and postnatal care in the hospital setting. She also has extensive experience leading childbirth and breastfeeding classes and providing in-home postnatal care. Since becoming a mother herself, Sharee has developed a strong passion for the mother-infant bond, initiating and maintaining breastfeeding, troubleshooting problems and finding solutions in a non-judgemental way. Sharee has breastfed 2 children to 15 months of age and has a 3rd baby on the way. Her struggles and successes with infant feeding have helped shape the compassionate and knowledgeable midwife and IBCLC she is today. Outside of her work, Sharee enjoys spending time with her family and taking the children on fun outings. She enjoys the occasional glass of bubbles and loves anything chocolate.
